The Service

Estimelo is an app offered on iPhone, Android and the web. Describe here what it does, and what it is not (for example, not professional advice).

Who can use it

You must be at least 18 years old and live in the United States. You are responsible for your account and for keeping your sign-in details secure. Tell us right away if you think someone else used your account.

Free trial and subscription

Premium features of the Service require a subscription: $8.99 per week, $17.99 per month or $98.99 per year, plus any applicable sales tax. Subscriptions are bought in the app through the Apple App Store or Google Play and charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account, or paid by card on our web checkout, run by RevenueCat with Stripe as payment processor, and charged to that card. Your first subscription starts with a 3-day free trial: nothing is charged during the trial, and the plan you chose is charged when it ends unless you cancel at least 24 hours before. We email you a reminder a day before the trial ends. The free trial is offered once per person, as the store or the web checkout allows.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period, unless you turn off auto-renewal at least 24 hours before the period ends; your account is charged for the renewal within the 24 hours before. You can cancel or change your plan at any time in your Apple ID or Google Play subscription settings, or for a card on the billing page (the app opens them from Profile → Premium); you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for, and you won't be charged again. Deleting your account doesn't cancel a subscription: cancel it first. Refunds of store purchases are handled by Apple or Google under their own policies; for a card payment, write to us.

Switching between the weekly, monthly and yearly plans is done in the store, which applies and bills it under its own rules. We may change prices; we'll tell you at least 30 days before a change applies to you, and you can cancel before then.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the Service: don't access accounts that aren't yours, don't try to break or overload it, don't reverse engineer it, and don't use it for anything illegal.

Your data and our rights

Your data stays yours; our Privacy Policy explains what we collect and how we use it. The Service itself, including its software and design, belongs to us. We give you a personal, non-transferable license to use it while your account is in good standing.

Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time in the app (Profile → Delete account), or by writing to contact@estimelo.com. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. We don't promise it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will meet your needs.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for decisions you make based on the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms. If a change matters, we'll tell you in the app or by email before it applies; continuing to use the Service means you accept it.
